Rescued B-25 crewmembers, (R to L) Lieutenant Edward Bearman - pilot - and
Technical Sergeant Ed Matthews - gunner - pose for a photo in front of their
rescue ship. The two were rescued along with 3 other B-25 crews, (17 total)
on 04 March 1945 by Lieutenant Frank
Rauschkolb and his crew. Lieutenant Rauschkolb won the Distinguished Service
cross for this mission.
