2nd ERS replacement OA-10A Serno 44-34088 made an emergency landing when its nose gear would not come down after a mission. The plane had earlier made a water landing near Balikpapan, Borneo and ran onto a shallow reef taxiing toward shore. The nose gear doors were caved in and the decision was made to land on the strip rather than in the water. The ship never flew again...  (Courtesy Dick Smithson)
